Will be available on the BMX Australia website prior to the National Championships. In addition the entry form will also be in the rider entry bag at National Championships.
Entry fees
Championship (Elite/Junior) $230.00AUD. Championship riders need to be aware that they must hold a Cycling Australia International license. If you require any further details regarding this matter please contact grace.ireland@cycling.org.au
Challenge 20 inch and cruiser $175.00 AUD
Secondary class $ 150.00 AUD e.g. Cruiser as second class
National Race jersey
All Riders are required to compete and practice in National race jersey. The cost is $ 75.00 per jersey. Please note that previous editions of National race jerseys may not be worn.
International Licence
All Eite and Junior Elite competitors must have a Cycling Australia international licence to compete at a UCI World Championship event. The licence will cost $30.
Close of entries
Entries close at 5pm EST Thursday 21 May 2009. Late entries will be accepted until 5pm EST Wednesday 27 May with a 50% penalty. There will definitely be no entries accepted after 27 May . BMX Australia apologizes for the closing date being so soon after the National Championships however logistical issues in arranging national race jerseys and other matters necessitates this date. Fax entries will not be accepted. In accordance with UCI policy riders should be aware that no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Confirmation of entries
All entries approved by BMX Australia and sent to UCI will be placed on www.bmxaustralia.com.au.
Registration
All riders must enter via an appointed BMX Australia team manager or his/her appointees. Registration tentatively scheduled from Tuesday 21 July 2009and must be completed by Wednesday 22 July 2009.More information to follow. This may be subject to change
Practice
Challenge Riders
Please note: all challenge classes including cruisers practice as a country group will take place on Tuesday 21 July and Wednesday 22 July. BMX Australia at this point in time has not been advised of practice times of our group. Further details will be available at www.bmxworlds2009.com trackside page . All schedules subject to change.
